Traffic Travis | Police: Warsaw Man Had Meth Lab In Car

GALLATIN COUNTY - Kentucky State Police say they discovered a methamphetamine lab inside a during a traffic stop.

Travis Moore, 32, of Warsaw, was stopped about 11 p.m. Saturday night at the intersection of Johnson Hill Road and U.S. Highway 127 for texting while driving, State Police said.

Troopers then found the meth lab and several ingredients used to make meth in the car.

Moore was charged with first offense manufacturing methamphetamine, second degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence, driving under the influence, communication device violation and failure to notify address change.

Moore was being held Tuesday in the Carroll County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.
