TOWN OF ULSTER
u DWI: Travis C. Jones, 21, of Kingston, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on Col. Chandler Drive and charged by state police at Ulster with drunken driving and possession of marijuana, both misdemeanors. He was issued tickets to appear in Ulster Town Court.
u Shoplifting: Eric Stern, 41, of 1106 Meadowbrook Circle, New Paltz, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. Thursday and charged with misdemeanor petit larceny. Ulster town police said Stern look weight loss pills, a magazine and coffee, valued at $73.28, from the Hannaford store. He was released pending an appearance in Ulster Town Court.
u Strangulation: Thomas C. Hahn, 27, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday at 353 Main St., and charged by state police at Coxsackie with felony strangulation. He was issued an appearance ticket for Cairo Town Court.
u Grand larceny: Susan Stauble, 51, of West Hurley, was arrested at 7:51 a.m. Wednesday by state police at Ulster and charged with felony grand larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket for Hurley Town Court.
u DWI: Craig S. Elmendorf, 46, of 41 Alan St., Stone Ridge, was arrested at 7 p.m. Wednesday by Rosendale town police and charged with misdemeanor drunken driving following a traffic stop on state Route 213. He was issued tickets to appear in Rosendale Town Court. Continued...
